Dentist: Doctor Barry Buckley BDSNUI - Principle Dentist
Clinical Director with the Californian Centre for Advanced Dental Studies(CCADS)
Doctor Buckley qualified from University College Cork with a Bachelors' degree in Dental science in July 1997. Dr. Buckley then moved to London where he worked until January 2006. During his time in the United Kingdom he owned three dental surgeries employing more than nine dentists; this afforded him the time to focus on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.
Whilst in the UK Doctor Buckley completed his training in Full Mouth Restorative Care under the world renowned Dr. Harris Sidelski at his Harley Street practice. From this base he became involved in the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry and has travelled worldwide to ensure his patients receive the most up to date treatment available anywhere.
Dr. Buckley has recently been appointed to the position of head of clinical development/chief instructor with the Californian Institute for Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry in the UK and in addition has been appointed head of the UK development with 6 month smiles in New York. He has completed the masters level in short term ortho with the world renowned Rick De Paul of "Power Prox".
He is one of the first Doctors in Ireland to be trained in Nobel Biocare's "Teeth In an Hour". He is also a registered doctor at the DaVinci Veneer laboratory in the USA. This laboratory is best known for the work it has done with the television programmes "The Swan" and "Ten Years Younger".
Dr. Buckley has just been awarded platinum elite status by Invisalign and is the 1st dentist in Ireland to have achieved this.
Dentist: Dr. John Haughey
Dr John Haughey started his dentistry career path with Queen's University Belfast. After graduating in 2006, John carried out a postgraduate general dentistry program in Cumbria. He continued working in the North of England until he moved to Australia to work in a Cosmetic and Neuromuscular Specialised Practice in Brisbane. Since returning to the UK in 2009, John has done extensive professional training, including training at the world renown Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry. He has also combined his love of sports and dentistry by completing the Sports Dentistry course in University College London Eastman. John is one of the top providers of Invisalign in Ireland.
