Cancellation Policy
At Dental Options, we value our patients’ time and our team’s commitment to providing the best care possible. To ensure fairness and availability of appointments, we kindly ask all patients to respect the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Changes or Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.
2. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Patients who miss an appointment without notice may also be charged a fee and/or asked to prepay before future bookings.
3. Repeated Cancellations
Consistent late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited scheduling options or refusal of future appointments.
4. Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. Genuine emergencies will be handled with understanding and compassion, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
5. Confirmation
Appointment reminders are sent via SMS/email/WhatsApp/phone call. However, it remains the patient’s responsibility to remember and attend scheduled appointments.
